Starbucks Copycat Cinnamon Caramel Cream Cold Brew is a super easy and delicious copycat recipe. I made my recipe with a homemade and no sugar added date syrup that uses only 2 ingredients. I added the homemade date syrup to my organic cold brew coffee, and also whipped it into a delicious 4 ingredient cinnamon caramel cream cold foam. Piled high over the refreshing cold brew coffee, it tastes just like the original, only with far less ingredients and much healthier for you!
Make your cold brew coffee the night before. Or, buy store bought cold brew coffee.The next day, add 1 cup ice cubes to a glass followed by 1 ½ cups cold brew coffee.
1 cup ice cubes, 1 ½ cups cold brew coffee
In a jar, add the ingredients for the cinnamon caramel cream cold foam.Whip it together until it is about double in size, but not as thick as whipped cream.
2 tablespoon whipping cream, 2 tablespoon milk of choice, 1 tablespoon date caramel sauce, ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
Pour over your iced coffee and enjoy!
