Probiotic Mocktail with Kombucha!

Looking for a gut friendly drink to add to your daily routine?! Look no further! I created my probiotic mocktail with just 4 simple ingredients that are all gut healthy! Made with fresh soothing mint, raw honey, anti inflammatory fresh lime juice, and probiotic rich no sugar added kombucha!

Equipment

Ingredients
  

  • ¼ cup fresh mint leaves about 2 stalks with the leaves removed
  • 1 teaspoon raw honey
  • 2 limes, juiced
  • Ice to fill the glass
  • 1 cup kombucha use any flavor you like! For the one photographed, I used cranberry peach

Instructions
 

  • In a glass, add the ¼ cup fresh mint leaves, 1 tablespoon raw honey, and the juice of 2 limes. Use your pestle to crush the mint leaves until they look very soggy.

  • Add ice to fill the glass.
    Ice
  • Add kombucha to fill the glass. Depending on the size of your glass, this may be 1-1 ½ cups of kombucha. Use any flavor of kombucha you like to experiment with different kombucha mojitos!
