  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple or another cup of mango
  • ½ cup full fat yogurt
  • 1 ½ cups coconut water
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds optional

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to your blender.
    1 cup frozen mango, 1 cup frozen pineapple, ½ cup full fat yogurt, 1 ½ cups coconut water
  • Blend on medium to high speed until you have a smooth and creamy mango smoothie.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy!
