HOW TO MAKE A MANGO SMOOTHIE WITH A CHIA PUDDING BOTTOM
If you've been following along on my blog for awhile, you will remember that I used to make these super gorgeous smoothie jars made with layers of chia pudding and thick smoothies piled sky high. While these are so gorgeous, they aren't the easiest smoothie to make...
But, if you want to make the original no banana mango smoothie with chia pudding, here's how to do it!
step 1: make chia pudding
In the bottom of your glass, whisk together a serving of turmeric chia seed pudding.
step 2: decorate with fresh fruit
Slice kiwi very thin and press them onto the sides of the glass. I also used some fresh pineapple chunks to keep the kiwi in place after I poured the thick mango smoothie on top.
step 3: make a thick mango smoothie
If you want a super thick and creamy mango smoothie without banana, you simply have to make your mango smoothie like a smoothie bowl consistency. Use about ⅛-1/4 cup of the coconut water instead of the full amount. Blend until very smooth and pile on top of the chia!
Enjoy!
