Hi, I'm Rosemary the dietitian behind The Hint of Rosemary! I created my the Hint of Rosemary back in 2015 because I wanted to share my healthy smoothie recipes and teach that healthy eating is fun and delicious. Since then I've expanded into healthy delicious dessert recipes! My dessert recipes are mostly refined sugar free, dairy free, gluten free, and vegan friendly. You will find the occasional treat here made with traditional ingredients because I've an advocate of mindful eating and not depriving yourself of the food you love!-
