BANANA COFFEE BENEFITS
Banana coffee is an excellent replacement for the classic sugared up coffees we all love. Not only is this coffee gentler on your gut and liver, but it is also great for your skin since there's no added sugar! Let's look at the benefits of this recipe.
- Coffee: Rich in antioxidants, coffee can potentially promote healthy circulation and reduce inflammation, contributing to overall skin vitality.
- Banana: Packed with vitamins and minerals like vitamin C and potassium, bananas can support collagen production and hydration, enhancing skin's elasticity and radiance.
- Milk: A source of lactic acid and proteins, milk can gently exfoliate and moisturize the skin, aiding in achieving a smoother and more supple complexion.

It tastes sweet, frothy, and creamy. The cold coffee is bold. Paired together they create an incredible harmony of flavors. It is unexpected that these two pair so well together.
Can I make banana coffee hot?
I would not suggest to make this foam over a hot coffee because the heat may start to cook the banana and give an unpleasant flavor. However, I have not personally tried it so if you try it and love it please leave me a comment below!
