HOW TO MAKE MY AVOCADO CHOCOLATE BANANA SMOOTHIE BOWL RECIPE
I found a bunch of avocados that I froze in the freezer and was looking for some fun recipes to make with frozen avocados. I never tried avocado in my smoothie bowls before so I thought I'd give it a try. The result was so delicious!

STEP 1- ADD ALL INGREDIENTS TO YOUR BLENDER
Add all ingredients into your blender. Any blender works! If you don't have the same blender as I use in the video you can simply turn off your blender and scrape down the sides to ensure even blending.
- ½ cup frozen avocado chunk
- 1 frozen banana
- ¼ cup cacao powder
- splash milk of choice
STEP 2- BLEND UNTIL SMOOTH
Blend until completely smooth and there are no chunks of avocado or banana left.
STEP 3- SCOOP INTO A BOWL AND ADD TOPPINGS
Scoop into a bowl. Add your favorite toppings and enjoy!
