TIPS TO MAKE A PEACH BLUEBERRY SMOOTHIE BOWL THICK AND CREAMY
Use only frozen fruit. Frozen fruit is key to getting a thick smoothie bowl texture!
Don't add a lot of liquid. Only start with about ⅛ cup milk per 1 cup frozen fruit. Adding too much milk will make your smoothie bowl thin and soup like.
Enjoy immediately! Smoothie bowls are not meant to be stored and best eaten right after you blend!
