Raspberry watermelon refresher! Make my healthy and easy raspberry watermelon refresher recipe right at home. You can make this easy Dunkin' copycat refresher right in your blender with just green tea, fruit, and honey!

I love re making dunkin refreshers at home, but with much better ingredients. Since you guys loved my strawberry dragon fruit refresher, and mango pineapple refresher so much, I just had to do a copycat of the raspberry watermelon refresher before summer was over!

I wanted to recreate this delicious flavor with a bit less sugar at home so I hope you like it as much as I did!

WHAT IS THE RASPBERRY WATERMELON REFRESHER FROM DUNKIN?

The Dunkin' raspberry watermelon refresher is made with iced green tea, a vitamin and mineral blend, and flavored fruit concentrate. This dunkin refresher is created with summer watermelon in mind and is a fun drink!

In my opinion, the dunkin drinks have a kind of chemical taste which is why I love making them at home instead.

WHAT ARE DUNKIN REFRESHERS MADE OUT OF?

Over the past couple of years, Dunkin has released different refresher flavors like peach, strawberry, passion fruit, blueberry, and more. The base of most dunkin' refresher recipes are a combination of green tea or lemonade, flavored fruit concentrate, vitamins and minerals.

WHAT IS IN THE RASPBERRY WATERMELON REFRESHER AT DUNKIN?

Ingredient list taken right from the Dunkin' website:

Vitamin and Mineral Blend (Calcium Carbonate, Vitamin E Acetate, Vitamin A Palmitate, Vitamin D2, Vitamin B12), Dipotassium Phosphate, Sea Salt, Sunflower Lecithin, Locust Bean Gum, Gellan Gum, Ascorbic Acid (To Protect Freshness), Natural Flavor; Raspberry Watermelon Flavored Concentrate: Water, Sugar, Natural Flavors, Citric Acid, Black Carrot Concentrate (Color), Green Tea Extract, Niacinamide (Vitamin B3), D-Calcium Pantothenate (Vitamin B5), Pyridoxine Hydrochloride (Vitamin B6), Cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12).

I'm a huge fan of making everything homemade and as natural as possible with a short ingredient list, so I made my raspberry watermelon refresher recipe with just a few simple ingredients!

    RASPBERRY WATERMELON REFRESHER DUNKIN NUTRITION

Size large has: 320calories, 0 grams of fat, 30 milligrams of sodium, 80 grams of carbs, and a whopping 75 grams of added sugars.

Keep in mind for a healthy gut & hormone balance, and ultimately glowing skin, we should eat no more than 25 grams of added sugars per day! The best is really to eat 0 grams of added sugars per day. These so-called healthy refreshers are loaded with added sugars. If you are on the go, be sure to ask for unsweetened, but your best bet is always water.

DUNKIN RASPBERRY WATERMELON REFRESHER RECIPE AT HOME

    • ½ cup fresh watermelon chunks
    • ½ cup fresh raspberries
    • 2 cups cold brewed green tea
    • 1-2 tablespoons honey (optional)
    • Ice cubes

HOW DO YOU MAKE A DUNKIN REFRESHER AT HOME

STEP 1 BREW ICED GREEN TEA

First, I made cold brew green tea overnight. I used 4 green tea bags in 4 cups of room temperature water and then refrigerated it overnight. You can use either decaf or regular green tea!

In a time pinch, use store bought already brewed green tea, or brew hot green tea and let it cool to room temperature.

    STEP 2 BLEND

In your blender add 2 cups of green tea, ½ cup watermelon, ½ cup raspberries, and 1-2 tablespoons honey or agave if using.

If you are making a creamy coconut milk raspberry watermelon refresher add ¼-½ cup coconut milk to your blender too.

Blend until the fruit is pureed into the tea.

    STEP 3 POUR

Fill a large glass with ice cubes. Pour the refresher over the ice.

    Enjoy!

    FAQ'S

What kind of coconut milk do I use to make a creamy refresher?

I buy a carton of coconut milk found in the refrigerator section. There's no need to use the can of full fat coconut milk in this recipe. I tried it will full fat coconut milk and it did not blend into a creamy tea and little chunks of coconut milk were floating in my drink.

Should I use fresh or frozen fruit?

I used fresh fruit in my refresher. But if you use frozen fruit this would make a delicious watermelon raspberry slushy refresher.

Should I use decaf or regular green tea in a refresher?

I used decaf because I wanted an afternoon drink without caffeine! But, if you want an energizing refresher, use regular green tea that contains caffeine.
