    BUTTERFLY PEA TEA BENEFITS

HOW TO MAKE ICED BUTTERFLY PEA TEA

STEP 1 MIX BUTTERFLY POWDER INTO MILK

To make this, all you have to do is mix the powder with water or milk. In the latte pictured, I used water with a splash of milk. But, if you like it to be creamier, definitely use milk in place of water!

To avoid any dry clumps of the butterfly pea powder, whisk ¼ of your liquid with the powder first. Then, when it’s evenly mixed in, add the rest of your liquid!

    STEP 2 POUR OVER ICE

    Easy and delicious.

    FAQ'S

    What is butterfly pea?

Butterfly pea comes from dried Clitoria ternatea flowers. It is then powdered so that it can easily be mixed into a drink.

What is really cool about this tea, is that is is highly affected by changes in acidity. So, if you add something with a low acidity, like lemon juice, it will turn purple!

Butterfly pea is also high in antioxidants! So, this is a great drink to keep any impending sickness and colds away.
