A classic pina colada consists of a blend of ice, pineapple juice, and coconut cream. These are not totally unhealthy ingredients. But, you can make your pina colada healthier by switching out the pineapple juice for whole pineapple and adding banana.

HOW TO MAKE MY HEALTHY PINA COLADA SMOOTHIE:
In a blender add: 1 frozen banana, 1 cup frozen pineapple, and 1 ½ cups coconut milk or coconut kefir.
If you want a pina colada smoothie with no banana, then simply replace the 1 frozen banana with 1 cup of frozen pineapple.
If you want a pina colada smoothie with alcohol then also add the rum to your blender!
