Pumpkin Pie Martini Recipe! My pumpkin pie martini is so easy to make and is the perfect pumpkin cocktail recipe for Halloween and Thanksgiving time! I made my easy pumpkin pie martini with vanilla vodka, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, and cream!

This pumpkin spice martini tastes like a pumpkin pie and is made with real pumpkin puree. This fall martini recipe is great all season long, from Halloween to Thanksgiving! You can make this delicious fall cocktail with vanilla vodka, or use any vodka that you like.

    PUMPKIN PIE MARTINI INGREDIENTS

My easy pumpkin martini recipe is made with just 5 easy to find ingredients!

    1. Vanilla vodka
    2. Pure pumpkin puree
    3. Pumpkin pie spice
    4. Maple syrup
    5. Cream
    pumpkin pie martini ingredients

    IS THERE PUMPKIN VODKA?

Yes! There is pumpkin vodka, usually found in your local liquor store around Halloween and Thanksgiving time. I prefer to use vanilla vodka in my pumpkin martini because it can be found in one of my favorite top shelf brands, Grey Goose.

MY TIPS FOR NOT HAVING A HALLOWEEN HANGOVER

    1. Choose top shelf liquor. Top shelf liquors are ultra filtered making them more pure than cheap liquors. Basically less junk going through your liver.
    2. This one is pretty obvious.. don't drink too much.
    3. Take a b complex vitamin. Alcohol uses up a lot of B vitamins, so either before you fall asleep or the next morning, take a B complex vitamin to help your body process the alcohol from your Halloween fun.
    4. Drink plenty of water. Alcohol also uses up a lot of water. Drink a big glass before bed, and as soon as you get up the next morning to help your liver process the alcohol.

HOW TO MAKE A PUMPKIN PIE MARTINI WITH VANILLA VODKA

Now let's make this delicious pumpkin spice cocktail and let the holiday festivities begin!

This pumpkin martini recipe makes enough for 1 pumpkin martini. I made it for 1 so you can easily adjust it to how many people you are serving!

STEP 1 ADD PUMPKIN MARTINI INGREDIENTS TO A DRINK SHAKER

In a drink shaker, add all of your ingredients:

    • 2 shots of vanilla vodka
    • 2 tablespoons pumpkin puree
    • ½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
    • 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup (2 if you like it sweeter)
    • 1 tablespoon heavy cream (I also have used my caramel macchiato creamer and it was so good)

    STEP 2 SHAKE UNTIL CHILLED

Add a couple ice cubes to your cocktail shaker. Cover and shake until the outside of your cocktail shaker is frosty.

    STEP 3 POUR AND ENJOY!

Dab a little maple syrup on the edge of a martini glass. Run the maple syrup along the entire rim so it is very stick. Then, roll the sticky rim into a plate of cinnamon mixed with sugar.

Pour your pumpkin martini into the cinnamon sugar rimmed martini glass.

Cheers! Happy Halloween and Happy Thanksgiving!

    FAQ'S

Frequently asked questions about my pumpkin martini made with vanilla vodka.

WHAT CAN I USE IF I HAVE REGULAR VODKA AND NOT VANILLA VODKA?

For 2 shots of regular vodka, use about ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract.

CAN I MAKE A PUMPKIN PIE MARTINI WITH PUMPKIN VODKA?

Yes! Simply replace the 2 shots of vanilla vodka with 2 shots of pumpkin pie vodka. You can decide to leave the ½ pumpkin pie spice in or out, depending on how spicy you like your martini.

CAN I MAKE THIS PUMPKIN MARTINI RECIPE WITH KAHLUA OR RUMCHATA?

Yes! If you want an extra strong pumpkin martini recipe, replace the 1 tablespoon of cream with about ½ shot of creamy liquor.

HOW CAN I MAKE PUMPKIN PIE MARTINI MIX AHEAD OF TIME?

If you want to have a large batch of pumpkin martini mix ready to go, you can mix all ingredients ahead of time in a large pitcher. Then, pour the mix along with the vodka into your drink shaker and serve!

If your ingredients have separated, simply use a long spoon or whisk to stir before pouring into a cocktail shaker.
