Equipment

  • Mason jar

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup coconut water unsweetened
  • 1 cup filtered water
  • ½ teaspoon butterfly pea powder or blue spirulina
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon raw honey or agave
  • 1 cup ice cubes (optional)

Instructions
 

  • In a pitcher or large glass, combine the coconut water and filtered water. Stir to mix.
  • Whisk in the butterfly pea powder (or blue spirulina) until it’s fully dissolved. You’ll notice the water turning a beautiful blue color!
  • Stir in the fresh lemon juice, sea salt, and honey (if using). Mix well to ensure everything is evenly combined.
  • Pour over ice if desired, and garnish with a slice of lemon or a sprig of mint for an extra touch.
