In a pitcher or large glass, combine the coconut water and filtered water. Stir to mix.
Whisk in the butterfly pea powder (or blue spirulina) until it’s fully dissolved. You’ll notice the water turning a beautiful blue color!
Stir in the fresh lemon juice, sea salt, and honey (if using). Mix well to ensure everything is evenly combined.
Pour over ice if desired, and garnish with a slice of lemon or a sprig of mint for an extra touch.
