- 3 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 cup red raspberries
- 1 tablespoon raw honey
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 3 cups filtered water
EQUIPMENT YOU NEED
- Large mason jar with a tight fitting lid

- Red raspberries (fresh or frozen)
- Fresh lemons
- Chia seeds
- Raw honey (manuka honey has the most benefits)
In a large mason jar, add 3 tablespoons of chia seeds, 1 cup red raspberries, 1 tablespoon raw honey, and the juice of 1 lemon.
Pour in 3 cups of water and stir immediately until all ingredients are combined together.
Let your chia water rest for 1-2 minutes. Stir again, breaking up any clumps of chia seeds on the bottom of the jar. Repeat this step 1 more time.
