TIPS FOR MAKING THE BERST RASPBERRY LEMON CHIA WATER

USE FRUIT FOR MORE FLAVOR. Fruit like raspberries and lemons will make your chia water taste amazing! If you don't have lemons, you can also use lime in your chia water and any other fruit that you have.

    USE COOL FILTERED WATER.

STIR WELL! Stir multiple times, making sure no clumps of chia seeds stick to the bottom of the glass!

COVER YOUR JAR AND SHAKE YOUR CHIA WATER. This helps to break up any chunks and make sure the chia seeds gel evenly.

LET CHIA WATER REST TO GEL PROPERLY.

How interesting! I know how good chia seeds are for us but I've never tried to drink them, to be honest. I have used them in everything from granolas to jams but drinking them... that's a first. I love everything raspberry flavoured though so I am in. Thanks for sharing this, Rosemary!
