Cloud Smoothie! My Erewhon cloud smoothie copycat is a tiktok viral smoothie made of coconut whipped cream, a blue spirulina smoothie, and topped with more coconut whip!
So I've been seeing this cloud smoothie all over and just had to try it for myself! This is my version of the Erewhon market viral cloud smoothie.. and it is a little bit different than their original just for simple fact that I didn't have all the ingredients!

EREWHON CLOUD SMOOTHIE INGREDIENTS
Here is what is in the original cloud smoothie:
- Coconut cream
- Almond milk
- Avocado, frozen
- Banana, frozen
- Pineapple, frozen
- Almond butter
- Collagen powder

- Blue spirulina
What is in my copycat cloud smoothie recipe:

HOW TO MAKE THE VIRAL COCONUT CLOUD SMOOTHIE AT HOME
This gorgeous blue cloud smoothie is so easy to make and a fun treat for yourself!
Follow my easy steps below, or read the recipe card at the bottom.
STEP 1: CHILL A CAN OF COCONUT MILK
Place a can of full fat coconut milk in the fridge overnight. Refrigeration is necessary for perfect fluffy coconut whipped cream because the coconut milk needs to be hard.
For more detail on making coconut whip, see a full post I've written on it.
STEP 2: MAKE COCONUT WHIP
The next day, scoop the hardened portion of the can of coconut milk into a small bowl. Reserve the liquid portion for another recipe, or use in place of the soy milk in this coconut cloud smoothie recipe below!
Use a whisk or beaters to beat the coconut cream until it is fluffy.
Scoop about 2 tablespoons of the whipped coconut cream to the bottom of a glass.
STEP 3: SWIRL IN THE BLUE SPIRULINA
Sprinkle ½ teaspoon blue spirulina across the coconut cream. Use a spoon to swirl the blue spirulina against the outside of your glass. Set your glass aside as we make the blue smoothie next.
See my coconut cloud video if this part is confusing!
STEP 4: MAKE THE BLUE CLOUD SMOOTHIE
Next, add all ingredients to a blender: ½ cup vanilla soy milk, ½ frozen banana, ½ cup frozen pineapple, 1 tablespoon mixed nut butter, 1 scoop coconut collagen, and ½ teaspoon blue spirulina.
Blend until completely smooth.
Pour blue smoothie over top the coconut cream.
STEP 5: TOP WITH MORE COCONUT WHIP
Top your blue smoothie with 1-2 tablespoons more coconut whipped cream. Garnish with a little sprinkle of blue spirulina.
Enjoy!
