Super easy and healthy, this super greens powder smoothie recipe is my go to smoothie for a busy morning.
This is the best smoothie with greens powder recipe that I have ever made, it tastes just like sweet pineapple with no greens taste!
I love throwing super greens powder into my smoothies when I haven't been eating enough veggies that week. While super greens powder isn't as good as fresh whole veggies, because nothing beats that, it's definitely the next best thing, especially for picky eaters.

IS IT OK TO DRINK GREENS POWDER EVERY DAY?
Yes! You can drink your greens powder every day, especially if you are someone who struggles to get enough fruits and vegetables into your diet. While I would definitely recommend trying to eat whole fruits & vegetables first, the super greens powder is definitely a great supplement.
IS DRINKING GREENS POWDER ACTUALLY GOOD FOR YOU?
There are numerous benefits of drinking greens powder smoothies, like:
- Weight loss
- Gut health
- Skin health
- Lowering inflammation
- Balance hormones
Greens powders, so long as there are no added sugars or sugar alternatives, contain high levels of vitamins and minerals from the dried and powdered vegetables inside them. Check with the company to make sure that the vegetables aren't heated, which could destroy those benefits.

FAQ's
Frequently asked questions about my smoothie with super greens powder.
What do you mix greens powder with?
Most powdered greens are dissolvable, making it super easy to mix into your favorite juice, tea, milk, or even water very easily. Some green powders can have a bitter taste, so my favorite way is to mix them into smoothies and chia seed puddings where the fruit masks the flavor of the greens.
Is it better to drink greens powder in the morning or at night?
As a registered dietitian and expert in gut health, I would recommend drinking greens powder first thing in the morning, even before you have had your coffee! This will get your good gut bacteria started right for the entire day ahead.
Does drinking greens help you lose weight?
Yes absolutely! I always recommend my weight loss clients to add more greens into their diet. Greens can help heal your gut, and provide your metabolism the nutrients that it needs to run properly. And bonus, greens are excellent for healthy glowing skin!

This Tropical Green Smoothie Jar is just amazing Rosemary! I love that thick creamy texture and how you added moringa powder! I've never tried that ingredient before but I remember my RMT asking me about it once!!

Moringa is sooo good for you! It's good in a smoothie because the taste of the fruit takes over the flavor!!
