In your instant pot, add 1 cup steel cut oats, ½ cup pumpkin puree, 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, ¼ teaspoon pink sea salt, and 3 cups of water.Add any optional sweeteners as well.Stir well to combine.
Secure the instant pot lid and turn the steam vent to sealing (natural release).Cook on high pressure for 10 minutes.Allow the oats to naturally release for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes, turn the steam valve to venting (quick release) to release the rest of the pressure.
Stir your oats to combine and they are ready to serve!
