For the Sweet Cold Foam:

  • In a jar, add all of your sweet cold foam ingredients.
Use a hand held milk frother and froth until the sweet cold foam is thick, but not as thick as whipped cream. It should be the consistency of foam, aka the cold foam!

The video here is for my Starbucks Iced Matcha Latte with Lavender Cold Foam. If you want a regular vanilla cold foam, make it the exact same way as the video, just add 1 tablespoon heavy cream, 1 tablespoon milk, ½ teaspoon sweetener, and ¼ teaspoon vanilla for the vanilla cold foam.
