Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 1-2 tablespoon dried chamomile flowers or 1 tea bag
  • ½ teaspoon valerian root
  • 1 teaspoon black goji berry powder
  • 1 teaspoon raw honey
  • ¼ teaspoon ashwagandha powder

Instructions

  • Pour the milk into a small saucepan and heat over low to medium heat. Avoid boiling to preserve its creamy texture.
  • Add the chamomile flowers or tea bag and valerian root (if using) to the warm milk. Let it steep for 7-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • After steeping, strain the milk to remove the chamomile and valerian root. Discard the solids.
