Strawberry pineapple smoothie bowls make a great healthy dessert or snack. Add some extra protein and you have a healthy breakfast!

Ingredients
  

For the strawberry pineapple smoothie bowl base:

  • 2 cups frozen strawberries
  • 2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
  • ½ cup milk of choice

Strawberry Pineapple Smoothie bowl toppings:

  • Mango
  • Kiwi
  • Banana
  • Coconut chips
  • Granola

Instructions
 

  • Add the frozen pineapple, frozen strawberries, and milk to a blender. Start blender on low speed.
    2 cups frozen strawberries, 2 cups frozen pineapple chunks, ½ cup milk of choice
  • Keep pushing frozen fruit down towards the blades, turning up the speed as you blend. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Scoop the smoothie into 2 bowls.
  • Top with your favorite toppings.
    Mango, Kiwi, Banana, Coconut chips, Granola
  • Enjoy!
