White Chocolate Macadamia Cream Cold Brew Starbucks Copycat Recipe

Starbucks Copycat White Chocolate Macadamia Cream Cold Brew is a super easy and delicious copycat recipe. I made my recipe with a homemade macadamia nut syrup that uses only 3 ingredients. I added the macadamia syrup to my organic cold brew coffee, and also whipped it into a delicious 4 ingredient macadamia nut white chocolate cold foam. Piled high over the cold brew coffee, it tastes just like the original, only with far far less ingredients.

Ingredients
  

Macadamia Nut Syrup:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup macadamia nuts

White Chocolate Macadamia Cold Foam:

  • 2 tablespoon heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon melted white chocolate
  • 1 tablespoon milk of choice
  • 1 tablespoon macadamia nut syrup

White Chocolate Macadamia Cream Cold Foam Cold Brew:

  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1 ½ cups cold brew coffee
  • 1 tablespoon macadamia nut syrup
  • White chocolate macadamia cold foam from above

Instructions
 

How to Make Macadamia Nut Syrup:

  • In a saucepan add the sugar, water, and macadamia nuts. Heat on high until sugar is dissolved and water begins to boil.
    Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes, uncovered.
    Turn off the heat and let the macadamia nut syrup cool completely.
    Strain nuts out through a fine mesh strainer into a glass jar.
    Store in the fridge up to 2 weeks.

How to Make White Chocolate Macadamia Cold Foam:

  • In a jar, add the heavy cream, melted white chocolate, milk of choice, and some of the macadamia syrup from above.
  • Use a milk frother to whip together until the texture is a thick foam, but not as thick as whipped cream.

How to Make a White Chocolate Macadamia Cream Cold Foam Cold Brew:

  • In a glass, add ice cubes, cold brew coffee, and macadamia nut syrup. Stir to combine.

  • Pour cold foam over the top.
