10 Minute Gluten Free Pie Crust. My 3-ingredient gluten free pie crust is so easy to make and tastes just like the traditional pie crust! All you need for your crust is 1:1 gluten free baking flour, organic salted butter, and water!

My easy gluten free pie crust requires no chilling and the dough can be made in 10 minutes!

Start by cutting the cold butter into 1 to 1 gluten free flour. 


Gradually add cold water until you can press the gluten free pie dough into a ball


Roll your gluten free pie crust on a flour sprinkled with gluten free flour till it fits your pie dish


Form gluten free pie crust into a shell, prick with a fork and add pie weights to bake.


Bake till golden brown and fill with your favorite pie filling.


This gluten free pie crust pairs well with my coconut banana cream pie. 

It also goes well with my healthy chocolate pie pudding!
