My healthy apple pie smoothie makes the perfect quick fall breakfast! I made this sweet apple pie smoothie recipe with no banana and with some high fiber oats. My apple smoothie is the most delicious easy fall recipe you'll make this season.

Slice and freeze apples ahead of time

Once apples are frozen, gather your ingredients: oats, cinnamon, dates, yogurt, and milk.

Add all ingredients to your blender

Use any type of blender to make your apple pie smoothie

Blend till completely pureed

Keep your blender running till no chunks are left, about 60 seconds.

Pour and enjoy!
