I love using frozen and fresh fruits in my smoothies. Frozen makes super thick smoothies and fresh fruit makes refreshing juicy smoothies.

Spinach, avocado, and zucchini are great in smoothies because they are totally tasteless! Totally optional but helps you get more veggies in!

Adding fat in smoothies will keep you full much longer and turn your fruit smoothie into a complete meal! Choose full fat yogurt, nuts, seeds, nut butter, or coconut!

You do not need protein powder to have a high protein smoothie. There is plenty of protein in whole foods! Yogurt, milk, nuts, seeds, and nut butters all have tons of protein!

Pick any kind of milk or coconut water that you like! I typically don't use juice in my smoothies because the whole fruit makes them sweet enough.
