Pumpkin Pie Overnight Oats!

Pumpkin spice overnight oats are made with hearty rolled oats, homemade pumpkin puree, milk, chia seeds, pumpkin pie spice, and pumpkin seed butter.

My pumpkin spice overnight oats are a really healthy way to start the day!

Start with old fashioned oats (not quick or steel cut oatmeal)

Next, add pumpkin puree. You can use canned or homemade.

Add chia seeds. Chia helps to thicken overnight oats.

Add almond butter or cashew butter.

Finally add pumpkin pie spice and milk. Stir very well and store in the fridge.

Enjoy pumpkin pie overnight oats hot or cold! They can be stored up to 5 days.
