  • Add cashew butter, almond butter, almond flour, cacao powder, beet root powder, and vanilla extract to a small mixing bowl. Mix until ingredients start to come together.
    Drizzle in ⅛ cup honey or maple syrup. Mix in very well.

  • Fold in the chocolate chips

  • Roll into bite sized red velvet balls.
    Store at room temperature for up to a week.

HOW TO MAKE HEALTHY RED VELVET CAKE BALLS DIPPED IN WHITE CHOCOLATE: Simply make the red velvet balls as above. Melt 1 cup white chocolate chips with 1 tablespoon coconut oil. Dip each red velvet ball in the white chocolate. Refrigerate to set.
