This healthy pina colada smoothie will take you away to a tropical island! Made with totally healthy ingredients, like pinapple, banana, and coconut milk, it can be a great breakfast or snack!

  • 1 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 ½ cup coconut milk can sub coconut kefir, almond milk for low FODMAP

Optional add-ins:


  • Add all ingredients to your blender: 1 cup frozen pineapple, 1 frozen banana, 1 ½ cup coconut milk, 1 scoop collagen powder, 1 scoop prebiotic powder, and 1 tablespoon hemp seeds.
    Blend until it is smooth and creamy.
    Pour into a glass and enjoy this tropical escape right from home!
