Pumpkin Spice Smoothie Jar with Chia Pudding

Try my pumpkin spice smoothie jar for breakfast instead of a pumpkin spice latte! It is just as delicious, but 10x as healthy!

Ingredients
  

  • For the chia pudding:
  • 2 tablespoon chia seeds
  • ½ cup soy milk
  • ½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • Smoothie:
  • ½ cup sweet potato
  • 3 frozen bananas
  • 1 scoop collagen

Instructions
 

  • Start by making the chia pudding. In a bowl, combine the ½ cup soy milk, the chia seeds, and ½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice. Stir every couple of minutes to make sure it gels evenly.
  • While your chia pudding continues to gel, make your smoothie.
  • Add the frozen bananas, sweet potato, and collagen to a blender. Blend until it is smooth and fluffy. You may have to turn off your blender a couple of times to stir it.
  • Pile your smoothie on top of your chia pudding and enjoy!
