No Cook Chia Seed Jam!

No cook triple berry chia jam is super easy to make and can be made ahead of time and used throughout the week! I love chia jam as a healthy alternative to sugary store bought jam. 

You can use healthy chia jam on toast, and in many different recipes that call for jam as a replacement.

Add pureed berries, chia seeds, and optional honey to a small bowl.


Mix chia seeds into berries very well and let rest for 5-10 minutes.


Mix again and your chia seed jam should be thick like jam. Store in the fridge!
