Pomegranate chia pudding. Make this super easy and healthy breakfast recipe this week! I love prepping pomegranate chia seed pudding to have ready to go for a quick healthy breakfast all week long.

Pomegranate chia seed pudding is excellent for moms, toddlers, and yes even babies!

In each jar, add chia seeds and beet root powder (optional for the pink color)


Add honey and milk of choice. Whisk well to combine.


Top chia pudding with pomegranate jewels. Soak in the fridge overnight!
