Almond pulp banana bread! If you're like me and make a lot of homemade almond milk, you probably have looked for almond pulp recipes! My 1 bowl almond pulp banana bread is super easy and an excellent healthy way to use up your almond pulp!

    ALMOND PULP BANANA BREAD INGREDIENTS

    • Flour- I've used all-purpose, gluten free, whole wheat, and white wheat. Take your pick! 🙂
    • Ground cinnamon & nutmeg- adds amazing aroma and flavor to this almond pulp bread.
    • Sea salt- a little salt helps enhance bread flavor and helps it leaven properly!
    • Baking soda & powder- needed so you don't end up with flat bread!
    • Ripe banana- make sure your banana is extra ripe for the sweetest and strongest banana flavor.
    • Egg- helps hold everything together!
    • Almond pulp- make sure you have patted it very dry in an old towel!
    • Honey- adds a little extra sweetness to this bread.. you can leave it if you want sugar free almond pulp bread, my recipe only calls for ¼ cup!
    • Vanilla extract- pure vanilla adds an amazing flavor to any bread recipe!

    WHAT DOES IT TASTE LIKE?

Almond pulp banana bread tastes very similar to a classic banana bread, with a heartier flavor thanks to the almond pulp. Almond pulp bread is a little more dense than classic banana bread since almond pulp is very heavy.

HOW TO USE UP ALMOND PULP

If you frequently make homemade almond milk, or almond milk creamer, then you probably have been looking for easy almond pulp recipes!

TIPS TO MAKE THE BEST ALMOND PULP BREAD RECIPE!

Dry almond pulp out very well! Make sure your almond pulp is very dry. Squeeze out all excess water and even let it sit out for an hour or two to let even more water out. Wet almond pulp will weigh down your almond pulp bread!

Mix batter till just combined. Don't over mix any quick bread batter! Over mixing your almond pulp bread will result in chewy gummy bread.

Add nuts for some crunch! Add your favorite nuts like pecans, walnuts, pumpkin seeds and more!
