- Egg- helps hold everything together!
- Almond pulp- make sure you have patted it very dry in an old towel!
- Honey- adds a little extra sweetness to this bread.. you can leave it if you want sugar free almond pulp bread, my recipe only calls for ¼ cup!
- Vanilla extract- pure vanilla adds an amazing flavor to any bread recipe!
WHAT DOES IT TASTE LIKE?
Almond pulp banana bread tastes very similar to a classic banana bread, with a heartier flavor thanks to the almond pulp. Almond pulp bread is a little more dense than classic banana bread since almond pulp is very heavy.

TIPS TO MAKE THE BEST ALMOND PULP BREAD RECIPE!
Dry almond pulp out very well! Make sure your almond pulp is very dry. Squeeze out all excess water and even let it sit out for an hour or two to let even more water out. Wet almond pulp will weigh down your almond pulp bread!
Mix batter till just combined. Don't over mix any quick bread batter! Over mixing your almond pulp bread will result in chewy gummy bread.
Add nuts for some crunch! Add your favorite nuts like pecans, walnuts, pumpkin seeds and more!
