    Galaxy Latte. My galaxy latte is made with just 2 ingredients: black goji berry powder and milk! Black goji berry latte is a gluten free, dairy free, vegan, and caffeine free warm beverage!

    If you love galaxy cakes, you're going to love my easy galaxy recipe! There is nothing more fun than a space themed drink. All you need are just 2 ingredients and a milk steamer. I've been seeing the mirror glaze cake and got inspired to make a warm and cozy galaxy latte for fall season.

    GALAXY LATTE INGREDIENTS

    1 cup milk of choice and 1 teaspoon black goji berry powder.

    WATCH HOW I MADE MY EASY GALAXY LATTE

    TIPS TO MAKE THE BEST BLACK GOJI BERRY GALAXY LATTE EVER

    USE QUALITY BLACK GOJI BERRY POWDER! You can find black goji berry powder on amazon or any health food store.

    USE MILK OF CHOICE. You can use any milk that you prefer in this recipe.

    FROTH MILK. Don't boil or microwave your milk, this will give you a very flat latte. Make sure to froth your milk for thick and creamy latte milk.

    STIR ΒΌ WARM MILK INTO POWDER FIRST. Totally whisk all the powder into a bit of milk on the bottom of your mug. This helps to get the powder evenly dissolved into your latte.

    SWIRL TOP WITH A TOOTHPICK. If you aren't good at the perfect latte pour (like me!!), just use a toothpick to swirl the top after you pour your frothy milk for a fun galaxy latte topping.

    WHAT ARE THE BLACK GOJI BERRY HEALTH BENEFITS?

    Black goji berry tea has so many health benefits! Their main benefit is antioxidants. Antioxidants are SO important throughout the body to fight all the day to day damage.

    DOES BLACK GOJI BERRY HAVE SIDE EFFECTS?

    Black goji, when drank in a latte or eaten as the berries should not harm your health. The only reaction that might happen is if you are allergic.

    IS BLACK GOJI BERRY TEA GOOD FOR SLEEP?

    Yes! Black goji is totally caffeine free so it is an excellent moon milk.

    WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN BLACK GOJI BERRY AND WOLF BERRY?

    Wolfberry and goji berry are two names for the same thing! However, regular goji is an orange red color, black goji is a dark purple variety of goji berry.

    HOW TO MAKE A GALAXY LATTE AT HOME

    Galaxy latte's are SUPER easy to make!

    You will need:

    • A milk frother
    • Black goji berry powder
    • Milk of choice

    And that is it!

    Start by grabbing your favorite mug and adding 1 teaspoon of black goji berry powder to the bottom.

    Pour your milk into a milk frother and froth until it is warm and creamy.

    Add about a quarter of the warm milk to the mug. Mix the milk into the goji berry powder until the goji powder is totally dissolved.

    Pour the rest of your warm milk in.

    Swirl the top to decorate and make it a galaxy drink!

    Ingredients
      

    • 1 cup milk of choice I used vanilla soy milk
    • 1 teaspoon black goji berry powder

    Instructions
     

    • Froth 1 cup of milk.
    • Add 1 teaspoon black goji berry powder to a mug.
    • Whisk in ΒΌ of the warm frothy milk until the black goji berry powder is totally dissolved.
    • Pour the remaining milk on top.
    • Swirl the top with a toothpick for a fun galaxy latte topping!
    • Enjoy warm
