    Kale Smoothie Recipe! My Kale Smoothie is so delicious and best of all it does not taste like kale! If you want a healthy green smoothie recipe with no kale taste you came to the right place. This delicious green smoothie tastes sweet like pineapple and banana!

    I love drinking smoothies almost every day! Green smoothies are an excellent way to get more fruits and veggies in your day, especially if you are busy like me. My kale smoothie is excellent for gut health, hormone balance, skin health, and weight loss!

    This green kale smoothie recipe is so easy to make and can be drank at home or on the go. I made this easy kale smoothie with fresh kale, pineapple, banana, and more healthy ingredients that will keep you full for hours!

    IS IT OK TO PUT RAW KALE IN A SMOOTHIE?

    Yes! You can definitely put raw kale in a smoothie. And if you have a very powerful blender, leave the kale stems on in your smoothie because they have a lot of healthy fiber and nutrients too! My kale banana smoothie recipe tastes like fruit and does not taste like raw kale!

    HOW HEALTHY ARE KALE SMOOTHIES?

    Kale pineapple smoothies are excellent for many different reasons. Kale is an incredible superfood and is regarded as a nutrition powerhouse. This healthy leafy green vegetable contains high amounts of many vitamins, minerals, and fiber.

    The benefits of kale smoothies are endless! Unless you are intolerant to kale, you can't really go wrong adding kale into your diet. It is one of my all time favorite vegetables. Adding kale to your smoothie is better than taking a multivitamin!

    TIPS TO MAKE A KALE SMOOTHIE THAT DOESN'T TASTE LIKE KALE

    Here are my tips on how to make a smoothie kale smoothie that does not taste like kale.

    USE FRESH KALE. Kale that has been sitting around for awhile starts to smell and will develop stronger kale taste. Make sure you're using as fresh as possible kale.

    ADD SWEET FRUITS. I added banana and pineapple in my kale smoothie and these two sweet fruits completely mask the flavor of kale. Mangoes are another excellent fruit to pair with kale.

    ADD SOME NUT BUTTERS. I love using cashew butter in my kale smoothies because cashew butter has a naturally sweet buttery taste that masks the taste of kale wonderfully.

    KEEP BLENDING UNTIL TOTALLY SMOOTH. You will have to blend this kale smoothie for longer than your typical smoothie. Keep blending it until it looks smooth and green and you don't see any leafy chunks of kale left.

    HOW TO MAKE A SMOOTH KALE SMOOTHIE THAT TASTES GOOD!

    Are you ready to make a delicious green smoothie?! Grab your blender and let's get started. This kale smoothie only takes about 5 minutes to make! A perfect healthy on the go work breakfast.

    STEP 1- ADD ALL INGREDIENTS TO A BLENDER

    In your blender add all your kale smoothie ingredients:

    • 2 cups fresh kale
    • 1 frozen banana
    • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
    • ¼ cup full fat unsweetened yogurt
    • 1 tablespoon cashew butter
    • 1 cup milk of choice

    STEP 2- BLEND TILL SMOOTH

    Turn your blender on medium to start and then work up to high speed. Keep your blender running until there are no leafy kale chunks left. You may need to turn your blender off once or twice and scrape down the sides depending on the type of blender you have.

    My green smoothie with kale is a delicious blend of kale, frozen fruit, and healthy fats from yogurt and cashew butter. This tasty kale smoothie is sweet refreshing and most of all delicious! If you want to eat more healthy leafy greens like kale but hate the taste, this is the green smoothie for you.

    • 2 cups fresh kale

      I love that you added some collagen to your healthy green smoothie! I also love adding spinach because it's so mildly flavoured that you can't even tell it's there!
