HOW TO MAKE RASPBERRY CHEESECAKE OVERNIGHT OATS
You can make as many or as few overnight oat cheesecake jars as you want. This recipe is made for 4 jars, but I included instructions on how much to add to each jar so adjust the recipe for how many jars of overnight oatmeal you need.
STEP 1- ADD INGREDIENTS TO JARS
In each jar, add:
- ⅓ cup rolled oats
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- ¼ cup vanilla whole milk yogurt
- ¼ cup raspberries
- ½ cup milk
STEP 2- MIX WELL TO COMBINE
Mix your ingredients very well to combine. Make sure the chia seeds are mixed in very well to prevent any clumping.
Add a little bit more vanilla yogurt and some fresh raspberries on top. I love adding these toppings because it makes your overnight cheesecake oats so pretty and fun to eat the next day!
STEP 3- SOAK OVERNIGHT
Cover your jars and let your overnight oatmeal soak in the fridge overnight! These cheesecake overnight oats will be good for up to 5 days.
You can enjoy them cold, or heat them in the microwave. Heating your overnight oats will soak up some of the liquid, so add more milk if you like a thinner oatmeal texture!

FAQ'S
Frequently asked questions about my raspberry cheesecake overnight oats recipe.
Can I make cheesecake overnight oats without yogurt?
Yes! If you're out of yogurt or don't tolerate yogurt well, you can use ¼ cup full fat coconut milk in place of the yogurt.
Is overnight oats better with milk or yogurt?
Overnight oats are good with both! You need the milk as a liquid for the oats and chia seeds to soak, and the yogurt adds a delicious healthy creamy texture.
Why can't you use water with overnight oats?
You can definitely use water in place of the milk. However, I recommend milk because it adds extra nutrients to your overnight oats! If you are using plant based milk, make sure it is unsweetened so you're not eating too much unnecessary sugar.
Is oats overnight good for weight loss?
Yes! Overnight oats are excellent for weight loss. All the fiber, healthy fat, and protein support your gut health, keep you full, and curb sugar cravings. They're an excellent quick easy breakfast for weight loss.
